Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms explain how to use this website and how its information relates to a project inquiry or manufacturing order.
1. About these terms
Great Machining is the website brand operated by Shenzhen Great Advanced Materials Ltd. These terms apply to the use of great-machining.com. In this document, “we” and “our” refer to the website operator, and “you” refers to the person or business using the website.
The website provides information about custom manufacturing and a way to contact our team. It is not an online checkout or an automatic order-acceptance system.
2. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, submit malicious software, impersonate another person or business, or send material that infringes another party’s rights.
Do not use the website to distribute unlawful or misleading content.
3. Website content and intellectual property
Rights in website text, images, graphics and branding remain with us or the relevant rights holder, as applicable. You may read and download website information for internal business and project evaluation, keeping any ownership notices intact.
Republication, resale, adaptation or use of our branding requires permission unless you have an independent legal right to do so. These website-content rules do not transfer ownership of customer drawings or project files to us.
4. Technical information and project suitability
Materials, processes, tolerances and lead times described on the website provide general guidance. Their suitability depends on the particular drawing, material, geometry, application and inspection requirements.
A website example does not by itself confirm that a process or component is suitable for your design or regulated use. The agreed project requirements and quotation define the work to be supplied. Contact us if a statement needs clarification or correction.
5. Quotations and orders
Browsing the website or sending an inquiry or file does not, by itself, create an accepted manufacturing order.
The project quotation and agreed order documents set the specific scope, drawing revision, material, quantity, price, currency, quotation validity, payment conditions, inspection requirements and delivery arrangements. They also identify any agreed tooling, finishing, documentation, packing, transport or trade terms.
Project documents take precedence over general website information for the agreed work, subject to applicable law. Changes to an accepted specification, quantity or schedule require separate agreement; their effect on price, manufacture and delivery must be addressed for that order.
6. Drawings, files and confidentiality
Your drawings, designs and other project files remain yours or the relevant rights holder’s. Share only information that you may lawfully disclose. We use submitted files to evaluate and quote the inquiry and to perform agreed work; submission does not grant general publication, marketing or unrelated reuse rights.
Tell us about confidentiality, file-sharing or manufacturing-location restrictions before sharing sensitive material. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be reviewed and agreed in advance. Confidentiality duties under applicable law and any existing agreement are not waived because a separate NDA has not been signed.
7. Links and framing
Third-party websites have their own operators, terms and policies. A reference link does not automatically mean we endorse their content, products or services.
Links to our website must describe the relationship accurately. Do not imply sponsorship, misuse our branding or frame our pages in a way that misrepresents their source or ownership. Contact us with the relevant URL if you believe a link or website item is misleading, infringing or needs removal.
8. Privacy and cookies
The dedicated policy pages explain personal-data and cookie matters. These website terms do not replace any consent that applicable law requires for optional cookies.
9. Website availability and responsibility
Website content and functions may be updated or interrupted, including for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free access. Please report material errors so our team can review them.
Any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded remain in place. These website terms do not remove obligations under a separately agreed manufacturing order or confidentiality agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
The date above identifies this version. We may publish revised terms for future website use when the site or its operation changes.
An update to this page does not, by itself, amend an accepted quotation, order, confidentiality agreement or other separately agreed contract.
