Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This notice explains cookies and related browser storage on great-machining.com, operated by Shenzhen Great Advanced Materials Ltd. It covers the public website, staff sign-in and editing tools, and the controls available to you.
Manage browser data
To inspect or remove stored data, open your browser’s site-data settings and find great-machining.com. You can also block storage or choose to clear it when your browser closes. Available settings vary by browser.
Removing or blocking data can reset preferences or end a signed-in staff session. Browser autofill and saved passwords have separate settings. Clearing site data does not delete an enquiry already received by the website.
There is currently no on-site cookie-preferences panel. Use your browser’s controls to manage stored site data. Continuing to browse does not give consent to future optional tracking.
For questions, email info@great-material.com. For enquiry data, retention and privacy requests, read our Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small records stored by your browser when you use website functions. Some last for a browser session; others remain until they expire or you remove them. Local and session storage are other ways a website can store data in your browser.
Current public website setup
Advertising pixels and third-party analytics tags are not enabled in the current site configuration. The website records basic form-view counts separately from the information you enter in an enquiry.
Browser-compatibility checks can briefly create an entry named modernizr in local and session storage, then remove it. This checks whether those storage features are available.
The current enquiry forms have no save-for-later control. To remove site data left from earlier visits, use your browser’s controls described above.
Cookies for staff sign-in and editing
The following first-party cookies on great-machining.com support staff accounts and editing tools when used. If you visit a public page while signed in, your browser can still send applicable staff cookies.
Sign-in and browser-cookie check
Names: wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* and wordpress_test_cookie. WordPress uses these for staff sign-in and to check that the browser accepts cookies. Current sign-in and test cookies are session cookies; authentication expiry can vary with sign-in settings. The asterisk represents a site-specific suffix.
WordPress interface preferences
Names: wp-settings-* and wp-settings-time-*. These remember staff interface preferences for one year unless cleared or reset sooner. The suffix identifies the relevant staff account.
Avada editing preferences
Names: fusionredux_current_tab and fusion_metabox_tab_*. These remember selected options or editing tabs for seven days from the relevant preference update, unless cleared sooner. Some are restricted to the administration area; others apply across the site.
The signed-in WordPress toolbar can also request a staff avatar image from Gravatar.
Changes and questions
If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice to explain its purposes, providers and storage duration, and provide a choice before it starts and a way to withdraw consent where required. We will update the date above when this notice changes.
To ask about a cookie or stored item you find, send its name and the page where you saw it to info@great-material.com. Do not send its value, a password or a session token.
