Request a CNC machining quote

Get an engineer-reviewed quotation for custom metal and engineering-plastic parts, from a single prototype to batch and repeat production. Share what you know; we can clarify the rest with you.

Tell us about your parts

Name, work email and project requirements are required. Files are optional for an initial enquiry.

For multiple parts, match each part number, revision and quantity to its files. For repeat orders, include the previous order reference and any changes.

Use this form for non-confidential files. For confidential files, send an enquiry without attachments so we can agree an NDA and file-transfer arrangements first. Mention any restrictions on manufacturing location or specialist production partners.

    What happens next

    01 — A human reply

We reply within one working day to confirm the information received and raise any questions. This first response is separate from your formal quotation.

    02 — Engineering review

With complete drawings, material, quantity and scope, straightforward CNC parts can be quoted within one working day. Complex parts and assemblies typically need two to three working days.

    03 — A defined quotation

Your quotation sets out material and condition, quantity-based pricing, setup or tooling charges, finishes, agreed inspection documents and manufacturing lead time. Packaging and freight inclusions are stated separately.

Core CNC machining and dimensional inspection are in-house. Selected partners handle specialist operations where agreed. Manufacturing time excludes transit, customs and customer approvals; its start conditions are confirmed in the quotation.

    Before you send your enquiry

Yes. Tell us what the part needs to do and which details are still open. You can leave material and quantity as estimates. A STEP or IGES model plus a matching PDF drawing helps us define the manufacturing and quotation scope once available.

Tell us whether you need a dimensional report, available material documents, a certificate of conformity or first article inspection. We agree the reporting scope in the quotation; full-dimensional or each-part reporting needs to be specified.
