The people and equipment behind your parts

A single operation brings machining, dimensional inspection, storage and project coordination together.

5,200 m² facility

Our own operating site, including production, inspection, storage and offices.

68 people

Engineering, quality, production, sales and operations working across your order.

36 CNC machines

Core CNC equipment within our 44 manufacturing machines. Partner facilities and inspection instruments are counted separately.

Operating resources as of 30 September 2026.

What we manufacture

For equipment builders and instrument developers, we combine our own machining with clearly defined partner processes.

Milled housings and brackets

In-house CNC milling for enclosures, mounting brackets, plates and fixtures in metals and engineering plastics.

Turned shafts and sleeves

In-house CNC turning and mill-turn machining for shafts, sleeves, rings, fittings and threaded parts.

Complex machined parts

In-house five-axis machining for multi-face features, angled interfaces and accessible contoured surfaces.

Sheet metal components

Selected production partners supply cut, bent and fabricated sheet metal parts to the agreed drawing.

Molded and cast components

Selected partners support rapid tooling, injection molding, vacuum casting and die casting for suitable part designs and quantities.

Printed parts and specialist finishes

Selected providers supply additive manufacturing and specialist finishing, including anodizing, plating and heat treatment, to the project specification.

Our quotation identifies the manufacturing route and agreed deliverables. Manufacturing-location restrictions and no-subcontracting requirements are addressed before the order.

Your project, supported across four teams

Engineering · 12 people

Manufacturing feedback, programming, tooling and fixture planning turn your drawing into a workable production route.

Quality · 7 people

Incoming, first-piece, in-process and dispatch checks produce the measurement records agreed for your parts.

Production · 40 people

Machining, deburring, auxiliary operations and simple mechanical assembly bring the specified components into finished form.

Sales and operations · 9 people

Project communication, purchasing, storage and logistics keep order requirements and delivery arrangements connected.

Department counts as of 30 September 2026.

From the first sample to repeat orders

Start with one prototype, progress to a pilot batch, and schedule repeat supply as your product develops.

01 · Make the first part

We manufacture to the agreed drawing revision, material and critical features, with inspection and finishing requirements included in the order.

02 · Carry the requirements into the next batch

First-piece and production records support subsequent orders. Changes to the drawing, material or finish are carried into the relevant manufacturing and inspection requirements.

03 · Deliver the parts and documents together

Part labels and packing lists identify the order. Dimensional reports, material documents, order-specific certificates of conformance and formal first-article records are included when specified in the quotation.

Our machining and inspection resources

18 three-axis machining centers

For housings, plates, brackets and general milled features.

4 five-axis machining centers

For multi-face setups, complex angles and accessible curved features.

10 CNC lathes

For rotational components, bores, threads and turned profiles.

4 mill-turn machines

For turned bodies that also need cross-holes, slots or milled faces.

These 36 CNC machines are supported by two wire EDM machines, two sinker EDM machines, two precision grinders and two saws: 44 manufacturing machines in total, as of 30 September 2026.

Dimensional inspection uses a CMM, optical measurement systems, surface roughness and hardness instruments, and task-specific gauges. Measurement method and range must suit the part and agreed acceptance requirements; specialist testing can be arranged separately.

Discuss your next part with our team

Send a CAD file, drawing or useful part description to start. Add quantity or project stage if known; material, critical tolerances, finish and operating conditions can follow. Our team can then prepare a quotation or clarify the details needed to quote.
