Your quote request: next steps

After a successful submission through our quote form, our team reviews your project information before preparing a quotation. You can use this page to understand the next steps or add a missing detail.

Opening this page alone does not confirm that an enquiry was received. If you have not submitted a request, start with the quote form.

Not sure it went through?

If the form showed an error or you are unsure whether it submitted, contact our team with your name, work email and a brief project description. Ask us to check before sending the same files again.

From enquiry to quotation

1. First reply

We reply within one working day to confirm the information and raise any questions. This first response is separate from your formal quotation.

2. Engineering quotation

We clarify the drawing revision, material, quantity, finish and inspection requirements. Your quotation sets out the manufacturing route, included work and documents, lead time, and whether packing and freight are included. Complex requirements can need further review.

3. Agreement before production

An enquiry does not place an order. Production follows agreement on the quotation, drawing revision and order conditions.

Add information or change a detail

Email info@great-material.com using the same work email as your enquiry. Include your company, project or part reference and drawing revision, if available, and say what changed. Once our team has replied, use that email conversation for updates.

Helpful details to include

Part number and drawing revision; quantity or quantity tiers; material and finish; critical dimensions or inspection documents; delivery country and required date. Estimates are welcome when a requirement is still open.

For confidential drawings, request an NDA and agree a file-transfer method before sending technical files. You can discuss the project without attaching them.

Clarify a material or inspection requirement
