This notice explains how Shenzhen Great Advanced Materials Ltd., trading as Great Machining, handles personal information connected with great-machining.com, project enquiries and business communications. Personal information includes details that identify a person, such as a name or named work email address.

Privacy contact

For questions about your information or to make a privacy request, email info@great-material.com. Please use “Privacy request” in the subject line and describe what you would like us to check. You do not need to submit a new quotation request.

Who is responsible

Shenzhen Great Advanced Materials Ltd. is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice.

Our contact address is Room 403, Building 3, Tongfucun Industrial Zone, Xinshi Community, Dalang Subdistrict, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China.

Information you choose to provide

The quotation form requires your name, work email and project requirements. Company, delivery country, material, quantity tiers, an NDA request and drawings or CAD files are optional. The contact form requires your name, work email and message; company and subject are optional.

Your messages and files may also contain part numbers, drawing revisions, delivery requirements or other project details. Send only what is needed for the enquiry and remove unnecessary personal information about other people. Please do not send identity documents, payment-card details, health information or children’s personal information through these forms.

You can start an enquiry without attaching files. If you leave out required contact or message fields, the form cannot be submitted. Missing optional specifications may mean we need to ask questions before preparing a quotation.

What we use information for

We use contact details and the information in your enquiry to identify the project, assess manufacturing requirements, answer questions and prepare or clarify a quotation. If a project proceeds, relevant communications and references support order administration, drawing revisions, agreed documents and delivery arrangements.

Website infrastructure also handles connection information needed to deliver pages and process requests. This can include an IP address, browser request headers and request times. These technical operations are separate from the enquiry fields you complete.

Processing grounds and your choices

You choose whether to send an enquiry and what optional information to include. Information necessary to take steps you request before a contract with you, or to perform that contract, may be processed for those purposes. Where a business contact acts for a company, that person is not automatically the individual party to the contract.

Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting the privacy email above. Withdrawal does not change processing already carried out lawfully; it may prevent us from continuing an enquiry that depends on those details. Applicable legal record-keeping duties can require certain records to be retained. Simply browsing this website is not consent to unrelated marketing or unspecified overseas transfers.

Storage, access and service providers

The website quotation and contact forms currently save submissions in the website database. Enquiry records can be managed through the site’s administrative dashboard. The forms are configured not to add IP-address and browser user-agent fields to their saved submissions; this does not describe separate hosting or server logs.

People handling the enquiry and providers operating the website, technical support or business email may need to process information for their respective roles. A project may also involve selected manufacturing or finishing partners. Tell us about restrictions on project information or partner involvement before sharing restricted material.

Our business contact address and enquiry handling are in China. The locations of hosting, email and backup systems are not specified in this notice. If data location, provider access or transfer arrangements affect whether you can share information, contact us before sending it so those arrangements can be clarified. This notice does not promise EU-only storage or a particular international-transfer safeguard.

Retention and deletion

The current website forms do not have a configured automatic submission-deletion period. Please do not assume that a form entry or attachment disappears after a fixed number of days or months.

The relevant retention considerations are whether the enquiry remains active, whether the information is needed for an order or its records, and whether an applicable legal duty or dispute requires retention. You can ask what information is held about your enquiry, why it is still needed and whether it can be deleted. A deletion request must be assessed against those requirements; it does not itself confirm that all website, email and backup copies have already been removed.

Drawings, attachments and protection

Use the public quotation form only for non-confidential files. For confidential drawings or other restricted information, first send an enquiry without attachments and ask to agree an NDA and an appropriate file-transfer method. The public form is not a confidential document portal.

The website is served over HTTPS, but no internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute protection. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or information that your organisation does not permit you to disclose. If you believe information was sent in error or exposed, contact us with enough detail to identify the issue; do not resend the sensitive material.

Cookies and website statistics

The current inspected site configuration has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics tags enabled. The native forms use basic view and submission counts. These counts are separate from the information in your project message. Website infrastructure may also process technical connection records.

Cookies and similar browser storage can support website functions. You can inspect, block or delete them in your browser settings; blocking necessary functionality may affect how a page or form works. Any future use of non-essential tracking needs an appropriate notice and, where required, a real consent choice before it loads. This page does not provide a cookie-preferences control.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where it is the basis used. These rights have conditions and exceptions; deletion is not unconditional in every situation.

Email the privacy contact with the address you used for the enquiry and a useful reference, if available. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your information. Please do not attach identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has first been agreed.

Where the GDPR applies, requests normally require a response without undue delay and within one month, subject to permitted extensions and notice. You can also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the authority in your European country where applicable. You may contact that authority directly without first contacting us.

External links, children and changes

A link to an external website takes you to a service with its own privacy information and controls. Check that information before sharing data there.

This website is intended for professional manufacturing enquiries, rather than services directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the privacy email so the matter can be reviewed.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes to the handling of personal information may require additional notice or consent before they apply. For questions about the current handling of your information, use the privacy contact above or view our company contact details.
